Meet Lauren

Registered Nurse • IBCLC • CFT Provider

I was born and raised in Sarasota, and I’ve had the joy of raising my three children here as well. My own feeding journeys came with their fair share of challenges, which sparked a deep passion for helping other mothers navigate postpartum and feeding with more ease and confidence. My priority has always been finding realistic, supportive solutions that bring more joy and less stress.

I began my career as a Registered Nurse on the mother/baby unit in 2002 and have been a board-certified IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) for the past 14 years. More recently, I discovered Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) and saw how addressing tension in the body could complement feeding support and oral function.

When I began my CFT training, I assumed I’d work solely with babies—after all, that’s been my world for many years! But I quickly fell in love with working with people of all ages, from infants and toddlers to children and adults.

I’m passionate about helping individuals feel more comfortable and at ease in their bodies, wherever they are in life. I can’t wait to support you and your family!

Meet Devon

Owner + Craniosacral Fascial Therapist

I’m the owner of Holcare CFT, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Craniosacral Fascial Therapist, and Fascial Stretch Therapist with a background in personal training, group fitness, yoga, and Pilates.

My journey into CFT began through my own experience as a mother. After my first son was born, we found ourselves searching for answers and exploring everything from chiropractic and physical therapy to occupational therapy, lactation support, myofascial work, and more. CFT became one of the pieces that made the greatest impact for our family—and ultimately changed the direction of my own work.

That experience gave me a deep appreciation for the role fascia can play in the body and a passion for helping other families find support sooner. While working with infants and children holds a special place in my heart, I also love supporting mothers and adults through the tension and compensation patterns that can develop through pregnancy, birth, injuries, stress, and everyday life.

My approach is gentle, individualized, and centered around the belief that the body is connected—and our care should be too.
